4. Consent and withdrawal from BYoung Swim School Program

Participants and clientele may withdraw themselves at any moment during swim lessons as long as there is a sufficient reason. Leaving children on poolside without appropriate supervision, encouragement and support is dangerous and promotes poor safety standards. Unsupervised children, especially those who are misbehaving, may engage in risky behavior or attempt to enter the water without supervision, increasing the risk of accidents or drowning. Ensuring the safety of all students is paramount during swim lessons. Disruption to Class Flow: Leaving a child on the poolside can disrupt the flow of the lesson for both the instructor and the other students. It can be distracting for everyone involved and may impact the overall effectiveness of the lesson. Negative Impact on the Child: Being left out or singled out in front of their peers can be embarrassing and detrimental to a child's self-esteem. It may also exacerbate behavioral issues rather than addressing them constructively. Clients may withdrawal at any time as long as they give a 72 hour notice before the scheduled swim lesson, we can provide a full refund.

We require that all clientele that engage in BYoung Swimming services complete and return back the consent/medical information that is necessary to confirm and solidify enrolment.

5. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We ask the although byoungswimming takes responsibility of the well-being and protection of children, we ask the parents observe and monitor kids outside of class and encourage to obverse them during lessons in case of issues. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
